About Peach

Peach Friedman is a leading personal fitness trainer, a spokesperson for the National Eating Disorders Association, and the Education & Outreach Coordinator for Summit Eating Disorders and Outreach Program. She trains men and women of all ages, including those recovering from obesity and eating disorders, as well as menopausal women and teenage girls. She has been featured in People Magazine, has interviewed with Barbara Walters on ABC’s The View, and has appeared on 20/20 and E! True Hollywood Story. Friedman grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia, earned her B.A. in Writing and Literature from Naropa University in 2001, and her M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the California College of the Arts in 2006. She lives in Sacramento, California.
